--Resources--

• Wiley Ebook Codes -- Wiley sent codes and instruction (see below) for three of their books. The Moog book is a college POGIL book. The other two books might be great resources for questions and problems.
• Wiley E-Book Instructions -- These are the instructions on how to download the ebooks from Wiley Publishing. This includes the Moog Guided Inquiry book.
• ck-12 -- This is an online textbook and much more. You can set up your own chapters and/or have students read sections, watch tutorials, and take quizzes. This looks like it is definitely worth exploring.
• Kahoot! -- This is a the web site we saw in class. It is listed as a Game-based digital learning platform. You can set up a quiz and students can respond to the quiz with any smart device with an internet connection. It looks like a great way to check for understanding during a lesson.
• NMSI Pacing Guide -- Here is the Pacing Guide from the NMSI (National Math and Science Initiative). If this is helpful, great.
• SPHS AP Pacing Guide -- Here is the Pacing Guide we are using to plan the AP class at South Pasadena High School this year.
• Kevin's PES PowerPoint -- From Kevin: Here are the documents that I used for the PES and Atomic Structure review session that Deanna was referring to. "PES Presentation" (as .ppt and .pdf) is the PowerPoint with some of my explanations plus graphs of the PES data for Hydrogen-Scandium. "CB PES Lecture" is just a document with all of the question from the College Board PES Webcast compiled on one page. "PES & Atomic Problems" (and Key) is a brief compilation of released questions from the CB (from past exams or practice exams) related to PES and Atomic Structure. I am happy to go through them quickly with everyone to explain how I have used the PowerPoint and PES data graphs in different contexts.
• Beautiful Chemistry -- This is the site I showed after a break that had beautiful close-up images of chemical reactions.
